Sometimes we can’t avoid stepping out of our homes for work or other urgent reaons. Whilst this can cause worry, here are some things we can do to be as safe as possible under the circumstances.
Manage your worries about contracting COVID-19 by avoiding or limiting time in spaces that can put you and others at risk of infection.
- Crowded places like supermarkets or public transport that put us in close proximity with others
- Indoor meetings with friends and relatives for meals or conversation that bring us into close contact, and where mask use is poor and ventilation inadequate.
- Poor ventilation increases the risk of COVID19 spread, limit visits to closed and enclosed spaces
